Yes. Our Rose Quartz Face Roller is made from genuine rose quartz stone with a rose gold-plated frame.
Does the face roller help with anti-aging?

How do I clean my face roller?
Wipe the stone with a soft, damp cloth after each use. Avoid soaking in water or using harsh chemicals.
Can I put the face roller in the fridge?
Yes — place it in the refrigerator (not freezer) for 10-15 minutes before use for extra cooling.

Yes — our Pink Silk Scrunchie is made from 100% mulberry silk.
Will the pearl accessories tarnish?
To maintain their finish, avoid direct contact with water, perfume, or lotions. Store in a dry place when not in use.

Yes! It's designed as a dual-purpose piece — hair tie or wrist bracelet.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
30-day return window from the delivery date for unused, unopened items. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Can I return a used face roller?
For hygiene reasons, used beauty tools and opened hair accessories are final sale.
My product arrived damaged — what do I do?
Email us at info@lumitica.com with a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
