They are NOT medical devices and are NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

2. No medical claims

Lumitica does not make any medical, therapeutic, or healing claims about our products. Our beauty tools are designed to enhance your self-care experience and add aesthetic value to your daily ritual. Any descriptions you find on our store or social channels — words like "soothing," "cool," "refreshing," "relaxing," "gentle," "self-care ritual" — describe a sensory experience, not a medical effect.

We do not claim that our products:

  • reduce wrinkles, fine lines, or visible signs of aging
  • lift, tighten, sculpt, or contour the skin
  • perform lymphatic drainage or improve circulation
  • detoxify the skin or body

6. Use as directed

Each product page includes a "How to Use" section. Please follow it. Beauty tools made of natural stone (rose quartz, jade, etc.) can chip or break if dropped or used with excessive pressure. Hair accessories can lose their finish if exposed to heat styling tools or harsh cleansers. We are not responsible for damage caused by use that goes beyond the intended purpose described on the product page.

7. Cleaning and hygiene

Beauty tools that touch the face should be cleaned before each use according to the care instructions on the product page (typically: wipe with a soft cloth and mild soap, rinse, dry thoroughly, store in the provided pouch). Lumitica is not responsible for skin issues that result from using a tool that has not been properly cleaned, stored, or maintained.

We do not make any FDA-related claims and any third-party content suggesting otherwise does not reflect Lumitica's position. 10. Children

Lumitica products are designed for adult use. Hair accessories may contain small parts that pose a choking hazard for young children. Beauty tools made of stone or glass should not be used by or on children. Please keep our products away from children under the age of three and supervise older children if they use them.

11. International customers

If you are accessing our store from outside the United States, please note that our products are intended for sale and use in the U.S. market and are described according to U.S. cosmetic-accessory norms. We currently ship only to U.S. addresses; international customers using a freight forwarder do so at their own risk and assume responsibility for compliance with their local regulations.
