Shipping policy

Every Lumitica order leaves a real warehouse, packed by people who handle aesthetic accessories every day. Here's exactly what to expect once you hit checkout, where your package goes, and how long it usually takes to land at your door.
1. Where we ship
Lumitica currently ships to the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. We don't ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands), or P.O. boxes that can't accept tracked carrier deliveries. International shipping is on the roadmap; subscribe to our newsletter to hear when it opens.
2. How fulfillment works
Lumitica is a curated dropshipping brand. When you place an order, it's forwarded to one of our vetted independent suppliers, sourced through the Syncee network. Most of our suppliers ship from U.S. warehouses; a small number ship from EU warehouses for premium items where the supplier is the manufacturer. Either way, the supplier picks, packs, and ships from a real warehouse — your order doesn't sit at a customs queue overseas.
3. Order processing time
Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time on a business day usually enter fulfillment the same day. Orders placed later, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays enter fulfillment the next business day. Most orders ship within one to three business days after fulfillment begins, depending on the supplier.
If something will take longer — a back-ordered color, a multi-warehouse split, a missing payment authorization — we email you the new estimate before processing the order.
4. Delivery time
Once handed to the carrier, expect:
- Standard delivery (U.S. warehouse): 3 to 7 business days for most U.S. addresses.
- Standard delivery (EU warehouse, premium items only): 5 to 10 business days.
- Remote ZIP codes (parts of Alaska, Hawaii, rural mountain states, and certain islands): add 3 to 5 business days.
Total time from order to doorstep is processing time plus delivery time. Carrier delays caused by weather, peak holiday volume, or events outside our control can push delivery past these windows; we'll keep you posted when we see something unusual.
5. Shipping cost
Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size of your cart, the supplier the item ships from, and your destination ZIP code. Most accessories ship for $4 to $8. From time to time we run free-shipping promotions over a minimum order amount; the threshold is shown on-site whenever the promo is live.
6. Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as the carrier scans your package. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after the first scan — that's normal and not a sign anything is wrong. You can also check the status of your order at any time by logging into your Lumitica account.
7. Multiple shipments
If your order combines items from more than one supplier — for example, a hair clip and a face roller — it may arrive in separate packages on different days. Each package gets its own tracking number, and shipping is charged once per supplier rather than once per item.
8. Address changes
We can correct an address only while the order is still in processing. Once the carrier has scanned the package, the address is locked on their side. Email info@lumitica.com as soon as you spot a typo and we'll do our best.
9. Lost, stolen, and damaged packages
If tracking shows "delivered" but the package isn't where it should be:
- Wait 48 hours — carriers occasionally scan a package as delivered before it's actually dropped.
- Check with neighbors and any building manager or front desk.
- If it still hasn't surfaced, file a claim with the carrier using the tracking number, and email info@lumitica.com with the claim reference. We'll work with the carrier and our supplier on a replacement or refund.
If a package arrives damaged or items are missing from it, take a photo of the outer box and the contents within 48 hours of delivery and send it to info@lumitica.com. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
10. Refused or undeliverable packages
If a package is refused at delivery or returned to the warehouse because the address was incorrect or no one was available to accept it after carrier attempts, we'll refund the cost of the items once the package is back in our supplier's possession. Original shipping is non-refundable, and reshipment to a new address is billed as a new order.
